Trust & privacy

Your farm data, your control

Because this platform deals with farmer identities, farm locations, and commercially sensitive information, privacy is built in from the start.

What we collect

Profile details (name, county, cooperative, contact), farm attributes (size, varieties, production), mapping status, training progress, and — only in private authenticated sessions — GPS and farm polygons needed for traceability support.

Why we collect it

To help you build a digital farm profile, prepare EUDR-related documentation, understand market prices, and pursue market opportunities with informed consent.

Who can access it

You control access. Precise GPS and polygons are never publicly searchable. Aggregated county-level statistics may appear on impact pages. Authorized buyers/partners only see consented aggregate or permissioned data — never personal coordinates without authorization.

Your rights

You can review, update, or request correction of your information through your farmer dashboard (when accounts are live). Consent for partner sharing can be withdrawn where legally applicable.
